The Caring Hands is a small, local home care agency providing tailor made care to our clients in Flitwick and the surrounding villages. Rated 'good' in all areas by the CQC in our most recent inspection, we put our customers quality of life at the heart of all we do. We are proud to bring you a unique and personal service.

Small area

We cover only a small area so that our carers are never too far away from you! This ensures we arrive at your home at the time you have requested.

Timing

Timing is so important to us and to you. We do not want anyone waiting and wondering when the carer will arrive - we give specific times and we adhere to this!

Small team

We have a small, close team of local, experienced, professional and devoted carers to ensure you know your carers on a first name basis.

Home comforts

Understandably, most people prefer to stay in the familiar comfort of their own homes. This is easier than you may think. We can arrange for medical and non-medical visits from registered nurses, physical therapists, social workers and home care aides.

Quality of life

We understand that one solution does not fit every situation so we take the time to listen and learn about your needs and preferences. This enables us to tailor a care plan that maximises the your independence and dignity.

Services we offer

Daily or weekly our services can include: companionship, routine personal care, toileting assistance, laundry, cleaning, shopping, meal plans, cooking, transport to appointments/errands, overseeing medication, respite and others. Find out more.
